Leaders who actively discuss and develop strengths in others have more productive teams. They have greater retention, greater engagement and greater fun at work.

While it’s not exactly a silver bullet of a magic wand, I absolutely agree with the premise of this article. Helping employees to identify, develop and play to their strengths is at the very core of career development. Sometimes we forget it doesn’t have to be complicated in order for it to work.
